The All-Navy SPLASH test will be administered at the beginning of the party to all patrons 17 and under who do not
possess a valid 2017 SPLASH card. Individuals that don’t pass must remain in water that does not go above their armpits.
Outside food and beverage is allowed in designated areas only.
**All guests 18 yrs + (16 yrs old if driving on base alone), who are not authorized base patrons must complete a background check form (5512) prior to gaining access to the base. Forms and instruction are available through the facility managers.
